About Me

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
I'm a forty year old Artist and semi-professional sculptor, and I've turned my hobby into a fun and interesting career. I was born in Britain but currently live in Ottawa, Canada. I've been sculpting commercial models for 6 years, I can work in 3-ups or regular scale, and I've done fantasy and sci-fi sculpts, boardgame components, model railway models, 1:72 scale minis, and wedding cake toppers. I'm available for custom miniature sculpting, master sculpts for casting, extensive conversion work, and even paint jobs. One of my pieces (IMPACT!Miniatures Deadwood Treeman)was named one of the top ten gaming products of 2007 by Tabletop Gaming News. I can be contacted at Agarrett23@sympatico.ca

Been ridiculously busy between work and doing commercial sculpts that I can't post here yet. Also doing some custom work for a few clients, like this Mortarion Chaos Primarch.

Been too busy to update this blog once again, but I have been busy on a number of projects which will all be up here soon. Started my sixth Space Marine army this week - "Sons of Sparta", a Minotaurs successor chapter. This is my "Commander Leonidas", the first mini finished so far.

Also working on some "Witch Hunter" Ogres for a customer in Hungary

And some Adeptus Mechanicus stuff for a customer in the US

Once again, I've gotten behind on updating this blog...
Regular life is still a crazy mess, but I have been busy. Building a lot of new stuff for my vintage Squat army, like this "Guild Enginseer". There'll be a whole unit of Exo-armored Hearthguard up soon :)

Wow, I've been pretty slack on updating this... It's been a crazy few months of "real life" stuff.
Been quite busy with model/art things as well though - there's a bunch of new galleries up, and there'll be more coming soon. I'm looking into casting replicas of my sculpts in resin in the near future, so I'll have news on that shortly. For now, here's a picture of the first piece I'm going to cast.
